Our client in Aylmer is recruiting for a Bilingual Manager of Accounting and Budgets for a full-time post with its organization. Reporting to the CFO, the Bilingual Manager of Accounting and Budgets will be responsible for development of policies and procedures, financial reporting and managing operating and capital budgets within the organization. You will be a key contact with respect to internal and external audits. You will supervise a staff of 4 union and non-unionized staff. You will attend all management meetings and be the financial representative when the CFO is not available.
For this role, you must pass a bilingual test and be at a CBC level. Designation as a CPA is required coupled with 7 or more years of working experience. Knowledge of PSAP (Public Sector Accounting Standards) is very beneficial. Advanced skill with Microsoft Excel is a must.
The ideal candidate as a Bilingual Manager of Accounting and Budgets will be someone who in their experience has been consistently looking for ways to improve efficiencies while able to meet deadlines, prioritize well and motivate staff.
