Candidates must provide exceptional customer service by greeting and serving passengers at terminal counters, lobby and platforms. They will be responsible to consistently present a professional and positive image of Greyhound Canada.

- Billing and handling express and baggage and emergencies
- Making reports, answering telephones and general responsibility for operation of depots in the absence of his/her designated authority.
- Completed high school, some college an asset
- Customer Service experience an asset
