Bilingual Call Center Representative
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Incoming calls (average 120 calls daily) with efficiency and accuracy
- Placing orders via phone, email and/or Fax
- Researching stock availability
- Responding to pricing inquiries
- Tracking shipments
- Reaching individual and departmental targets regarding call volume, call average time, accuracy, and efficiency
- Handling goods being returned & organizing pick up arrangements with couriers
Successful Candidate Must Have the Following Skills:
Personal Skills and Abilities: Positive and confident professional demeanour; strong communications skills, both written & verbal, both French & English; ability to multi-task in a well-organized manner; impeccable attention to detail; ability to prioritize and adapt to changing requirements; personable with an ability to form relationships and encourage cooperation without having the authority over such. Effective problem solving and decision-making skills
Functional Experience, Skills and Abilities: 1-2 years experience in Customer Service position, call centre environment an asset. Must be fluent in Outlook, Excel and Word. Experience in AS400 an asset, but not required.
